Why Choose Personal Training?
In person training is a fantastic idea for anyone who needs that extra support in the gym. Whether this is your first time stepping in the gym or you have been training for years, having a specialist with you that can identify ways in which technique or form can be made better or intensity can be increased is only going to help you on your journey.

Injury recovery
One of the biggest benefits you will get when working with a trainer is the knowledge and understanding of how to help you recover from any injuries or constraints you may have on your movement. Doctors, Physios, Chiropractors, etc, often advise patients that in order to overcome pain and mobility issues they need to get stronger and increase movement. But for many this just seems like an added layer of complexity. By working with a trainer you can alleviate the stress of not knowing what to do with a tailored program that's designed specifically for your needs.
Increased Understanding
One of my main goals as a trainer is to help educate my clients. Having the understanding of what's actually going on when we exercise and understanding in greater detail the science behind nutritional advice will mean you are better equipped to make positive decisions each day, and have the confidence to know that when you are not with a trainer you know what to do.

I want my clients to want to work with me. Not need to.
More than just a workout
The hour session we have is so much more than just a workout. Its a chance for us to have a face to face discussion about where you are with your goals, go over how you feel you could be supported further, celebrate wins and successes that week as well as a chance for you us to deep dive into any questions you may have.
